VAHID is a highly qualified engineer (MEM, BIE) with a long-term background in the building industry. Over the past 24 years, and with a distinctive mixture of engineering and management skills, he has conducted major projects in various capacities and across a range of sectors including construction projects specializing in master planning of predominately larger-scale and complex schemes.

He is also a licensed builder with many years of experience in delivering high quality builds ranging from single dwellings to high rise structures.

Early career days:

Being the son of a property developer and a builder, Vahid started his early building career from 1993 in his family owned company known as A.D.S Builders.

First independent management role:

Ten years later (in 2003) and as young as 26 years old, he was designated as the project manager of a 33-storey twin towers, a multimillion-dollar project, which gave him a broader insight to resolve complex project issues with optimal, successful and productive solutions.

Life/career journey in migration:

In early 2008, Vahid moved to Australia with his family to pursue higher education to elaborate on his former skills. Since then, he has been involved in the conduct and delivery of complex projects, always seeking innovative solutions to challenging problems. He established Artiman Homes in 2020 to take his ambitions to the next level.

What makes him different:

The background in construction managements together with his proactive approach and willingness to share his knowledge, has given him a desirable multi-tasking skillset which allows for practical and viable construction decisions to be made.
