You do not know any architect or draftsman? All good; you just contact us and we will direct you to the right person.
Development Application
After finalizing the plans with architect or draftsman, now you should submit all documents to your local council.
Contact us and we can submit it online on your behalf; otherwise, either you or your architect/draftsman can do it for you.
Docs which are normally needed for DA:
Architectural plans
Contour plan
Basix certificate
Drainage design
Landscape plan
Sewer approval
Developer approval (if needed)
Flood zone (if needed)
Council DA fee
Build Contract
Email us:
1. all approved and stamped DA files
2. CC version of architectural plans
3. completed "Selections For Quote" form or your specifications file
4. structural drawings

Construction Certificate
After signing the contract with us, we will provide you a copy of our licence and Home Owners Warranty Certificate to submit for CC.
After obtaining CC (which normally takes 24 hours after submitting all the documents) and payment of contract's deposit, we will start the project at site within 2-4 weeks.
Docs which are normally needed for CC:
Engineers plans (Structural Drawings)
Builder licence
Home warranty insurance
Long service levy approval
Payment for section 94 contribution (if applicable)
Sydney Water approval
Building permit approved fees
Construction Phase
Congratulations for commencement of your project!
It is almost done! Because it is all under our control now.

Occupation Certificate
Book a removalist as we are preparing all Occupation Certificate (OC) for you.
Within two weeks of the handover of keys to you, we will start all handover process paperwork to ensure you are going to settle in your home with no stress and absolutely on time.
Handover box and all warranty booklets will be ready on handover day.
The only thing you need to be worried about is, not to eat too much chocolate from handover box as it might not be good for your health!
