Items, Fees & Terms
Thank you for giving Artiman Homes the opportunity to prepare a fee proposal for your pre-build items.
Here are our fee proposal and items that need to be done before starting building:
- Develop and complete the project selected items.
- Prepare a dilapidation report.
- Assist you and your certifier to obtain CC.
- Assist you to complete demolition, remove trees, asbestos and contaminated soil (if needed).
- Assist you to obtain section 73 compliance certificate (if needed).
- Assist you to obtain new services.
To provide the above services, we will require a non-refundable fee of $3,000 exc GST per unit to be paid into our account.
If we end up signing a build contract, the above fee will be deducted from the build contract's last progress payment.
Terms:
- To complete the above items, after our approval, all invoices and variations from the related suppliers, subcontractors and service providers will be passed onto you and need to be fully paid by you. Our fee proposal does not include those fees and costs.
- If there is an increase in scope part way through the project, a new fee proposal will be needed to obtain and approve.
- By depositing the above fee in our bank account, you are agreeing to the whole scope of works as outlined in items labelled above.
